Karina Powers

Karina recently relocated from California to the beautiful Hudson Valley, and I am excited to introduce myself to you and tell you a bit about what I can offer the community. In California I was performing, choreographing, teaching and I founded Compania de Danza Folklorica Reginal Mexicana. My company performed at various venues in Monterey, Salinas and beyond. We performed for weddings, festivals, in theaters and for many other community events and celebrations.

Garrett long

Garrett Long is probably best known for creating the role of Percy Talbott in The Spitfire Grill, (Drama Desk, Drama League nominations. Cast recording.) Broadway credits include Music Man starring Hugh Jackman, Dear Evan Hansen, Fun Home , Bonnie and Clyde, South Pacific.  National tours of Seussical, Grand Hotel, and Sunday in the Park with George. She has worked at many regional Theatres including Paper Mill Playhouse, Goodspeed, Opera House, The Guthrie, George Street Playhouse, McCarter and Music Theatre of Wichita to name a few.  Filming/TV credits include And Just Like That, The Gilded Age, Becoming Halston, Chicago Med. And soon to be released Blood on Canvas.  Garrett has been a professional audition coach for 10+ years. She currently teaches at Professional Performing Arts School in New York City.  She’s also currently enrolled at the Bob Krakower studio for film and TV studying with Vance Barber.  She is a graduate of Shenandoah University.

MaryBeth Hraniotis

MaryBeth Hraniotis has extensive education, teaching and practice experience in the field of Constructive Movement Education and energy healing. She dances professionally and teaches workshops from early childhood through elder populations. She has lectured within the U.S. and abroad on subjects related to thinking, sensing, and moving, and she has developed a specialized theory of movement education called GeoSpatial™.

MaryBeth has been teaching Alexander Technique in Private Practice since 1993 and has merged her Performing Arts education specializing in the Integration of Mind/Body practice via Movement/Performing Arts as a vehicle for inspiring wellness for 20 years. This practice includes an immersion of the Senses, to include the emotional/spiritual renewal of the Individual. She has created and implemented programs for individuals within group settings from ages 3-102 years, using the model of Holistic health practice within a multi-disciplinary approach with great success.She has organized and produced multi-cultural festival events for communities with a focus on inter-generational mentoring. Inclusion of Sacred Ceremony in all group work addressed.

MaryBeth has danced/performed/taught world-wide and has continues to present interesting and informative Arts programs for the local community through Festivals.Her most recent performances include Theatre du Cygne in Paris France and Kaatsbaan International Dance Center in Tivoli as part of her ongoing and active Dance company member for the Isadora Duncan International Institute Dance Company.

Lars Rosager

Lars Rosager performed on Broadway in the original casts of 42nd Street and the 1987 revival of Cabaret. He has performed with the dance companies American Dance Machine and American Ballroom Theater. He has served on the faculties of NYU's Tisch School of the Arts (CAP 21), Steps on Broadway and Circle in the Square. Most recently he has staged classic theater dances for American Dance Machine for the 21st Century's performances at the Joyce Theater.
